There was a smell that we didn't like in the room. Didn't know if animals were allowed in the room and this was a deodorizing hide or what. Anyway, we didn't like the smell. Would rather have a clean smell than a deodorizing smell. Also, every other hotel we've ever been to has a shampoo and a conditioner bottle, two separate bottles. I accidently forgot my shampoo and conditioner. Had to give a speech the next morning and really didn't want to go out and buy new shampoo and conditioner. Anyway the problem with NO CONDITIONER was a surprise. Please just provide both. If people don't need it they won't use it! But if they do and forget theirs it's available. Thanks!

This small and lovely hotel is situated in a peaceful area, close to where we needed to be for a softball tournament, and near the train tracks, making its location perfect.

Showed up and had to argue with the guy because I purchased two rooms and they only had me down for one.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Nephi for one night on my way to Zion. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient, with plenty of parking and close proximity to the highway and other amenities.

This place is a wonderful little hotel located in a pretty quiet area, although it's really close to the train tracks. The staff here is super friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service with a smile 😊.

Convenient location, super close to the freeway exit and Nephi. Easy access to the Memorial Day activities. Rooms are a good size with comfy beds and they offer wake-up service ⏰.

Nicest hotel in Nephi! There are only 6 motels in the whole city and this one i clearly the best!

My room was suprisingly large and very clean. Breakfast was nice and the desk girl was helpful and copied and faxed my paperwork while I ate. I only wish I had brought my swimsuit!

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the recently remodeled room at Best Western Paradise Inn. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for our journey to Zion.

The menu for breakfast could use some improvement in terms of variety and quality.

The staff was particularly helpful. The place was fairly clean. Truly enjoyed the outstanding and amazing breakfast. Had a fun stay overall on our week-long vacation. The room was brand new and pet-friendly. It had satellite television, climate control, and a microwave. Lovely views from the room.
